Advanced Reservations
Bookings for individual reservations can now be made for:

bookings for the period to 30th September 2007
Bookings for Christmas and New Year are accepted 11 months in advance.

From 1st Apr 2007 we will take bookings for the period 1st Oct 2007 to 31st Mar 2008.

From 1st Oct 2007 we will take bookings for the period 1st April 2008 until 30th Sept 2008

Deposits
All bookings must be guaranteed with a deposit of £50.00 per person.
Children
The Park Hotel has very limited facilities for young children. When children are in their own room 75% of the adult rate will be charged for the first child and 50% of the adult rate for the 2nd child.
Single Rooms
The hotel has 4 single rooms. Standard rooms can be let as single rooms at no extra charge. Front facing, garden and hill view rooms can be let as singles for an extra charge of £12.00 per night on the single room price.
Arrival & Departure
Newly arriving guests may take up their rooms from 2.30pm, we will do our best to have rooms ready earlier. In the interest of others, guests are requested to vacate their rooms on the day of departure by 11.00am.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed throughout the Hotel (including in the bedrooms) however, in the interest of other guests the management regret that dogs are not allowed in public areas when food is being served (guide dogs excepted).
Fire Precautions
Visitors with any incapacity eg: deafness, blindness or immobility should advise reception on arrival, for special attention in the event of fire.
Lift
There is a lift to the 1st floor only. We will try to accommodate you on the first floor if you require, please make sure that you mention this requirement when making your booking.
Smoking Policy
The Scottish Parliament voted to ban smoking in all enclosed public places as from March 2006. Therefore smoking is not permitted in any area of the hotel including the bedrooms.
Dress Code
Dress is informal.

At Peebles Hotel Hydro
When you stay at the Park Hotel you have access to the leisure facilities of our sister hotel – Peebles Hotel Hydro which is only 700 yards away. Some of the facilities you can enjoy include a swimming pool, gym, sauna, pitch & putt, tennis, health and beauty salon.

You can also enjoy Dancing almost every Friday and Saturday throughout the year. During Spring, Summer and Autumn there are dances on additional nights.

Dining Room – if you wish to eat at the Hydro please contact our reception to book a table. Reservations can very rarely be taken before 8.45pm. There is a supplementary charge of £2.50 per person which will be added to your account.

Dress – At the Park Hotel dress is informal but if you intend to visit Peebles Hotel Hydro please note that after 6.30pm in the bar, dining room and at dances it is requested that the dress code for gentlemen is smart or smart casual eg: trousers and shirt or shirt and tie, jeans and trainers are not permitted for either gentlemen or ladies.
